I’ve dealt with my truck pulling to the right since I’ve purchased it. I’ve replaced upper control arms with Camburg A arms. I have ppe tie rods, I have a red head steering box, added steering stabilizer, kryptonite, Pitman, arm, and idler arm, new brake rotors, pads, calipers, brake hoses everything you can think of to get my truck to go straight, and after it all this it was these that finally got it to stop. Pulling to ride. Truck goes straight now.

I used these on my 2021 silverado 2500hd 6.6 gas . Raised the front end just a tad truck is a little stiffer but in a controlled way. The truck doesn’t get unsettled as much on huge bumps or holes in the road.
