After a failed outdoor installation where I put together separate components myself, this item was a welcome sight. There was plenty of room in the box to make all the connections and it seems to be of good quality. I installed this outside my son's chicken brooder, where he plugs in several heat lamps to keep his chicks warm in the colder weather.

Box is sturdy and outlets work perfect. I tried to piece together a box, cover and outlets myself but this option was cheaper.

This box seemed to be a good buy, built well with good outlets. That is until it go cold outside. Unit has been installed 2.5 weeks now, but we have not plugged anything in until today. One of the outlets will not reset. Bad outlet right out of the box, and return window is closed. Will update this review if manufacturer replaces the faulty outlet.

The box is really good quality but the outlets on this and 1 other unit are horrible. Within a month of installing them, 4 outlets lit up their "end of life" LEDs. I contacted the company to replace the outlets (not the box) and got absolutely no response. I have actually bought more of these units because the box is a good deal and I happen to have outlets I can swap out - but my experience says don't trust the electrical side of this.

I read the other reviews and mine closed easy with the plugs in place so I am not sure what type of plugs. I put 4 standard plugs in it and the lid closed nicely. I did put a pin in just to secure it.

This electrical box is heavy duty. Made from heavy metal. It has four plug-ins that come with it already installed in the box. It is very good quality. The only criticism I can give about it is that it is open at the bottom of the lid. This probably won’t cause a problem unless it gets a lot of direct wind with rain. Maybe not even then. It should serve well in my gazebo.

For whatever reason I received the product late. (4days). I guess should not have prepared the outlet in advance leaving wires exposed for a bunch of days.Received product and installed only to discover that one of the gfr socket was defective. Got socket replacement from Home Depot. Did not want to disassemble the box and return as defective.Not sure who was at fault. Amazon, box supplier.Update:The seller reimbursed me for the defective socket even though I did not have the original buying receipt anymore. Everything is functional now and even looks good.Anyway will not buy anything from this supplier again. Will also reassess my loyal Amazon buying processes.

Both receptacles are defective.I read that i m not the only one.I will give them another chance,otherwise i will go again with Home Depot,witch i never had problem with.
