The style and design of this butter keeper are perfect! It is well made and came perfectly packaged. The straight-sided lid with handle is easy to grip and there is no butter mess on the sides. It looks good out on the counter and holds two 4-ounce sticks of butter. I purchased this to replace a pretty, but not practical butter dish that recently replaced my 30+year old Tupperware butter keeper that was still in good shape but just did not look good on my counter. The pretty replacement had a lot of issues that were annoying but the biggest problem was the sloped sides where butter constantly gathered and made a mess. This keeper solved all of my butter issues!

I love that this is ceramic and the lid is so dainty yet sturdy enough that it won't break unless I drop the entire thing! It fits perfectly inside my butter cabinet inside my frig and I love that it'll hold two sticks of butter so I don't have to change or add often!!!

I was looking for a nice sturdy butter dish with a lid to fit larger butter, like Kerrygold. Read review after review and landed on the Sweese Large Butter Dish. I like that it is porcelain for cleaning in the dishwasher. It is simple, attractive, and as advertised, fits the Kerrygold sized butter. Perfect.

Great looking, high quality and works perfectly for the larger rectangular 7 to 8 ounce European style butters (Kerrygold, Plugra, President, Costco Kirkland Grass-Fed New Zealand butter, etc.) Allows you to keep your butter out on the counter so it stays soft and easy to spread while staying fresh.

Just as advertised holds half pound (approx: 2 sticks)of butter ie: Anchor, Kerrigold etc . Beautifully designed, functional dish. You will need to take it out 20 to 30 minites ahead of use or remove the cover for the butter to soften more quickly. The dish retains the cold refrigerator temperature for quite a bit and so leaving the cover on will result in little to no softening after quite a few minutes. A welcomed addition to any table.

Ich war echt enttäuscht von diesem Produkt. Hatte es als Weihnachtsgeschenk verschenkt, weil sich der jenige eine große Butter Dose, wo man mehr als 1 Stück rein bekommt gewünscht hatte. Leider mussten er und ich feststellen, das anstatt der 2 Stk. Butter, laut Artikel Beschreibung, leider nur 1 Stück rein passte.Dafür fand ich den Preis auch ganz schön hoch.Diesen Artikel werde ich nicht noch einmal bestellen.
