Easy to install, works seamlessly. You do have to update your printer driver.

Would never buy again only tech support is by email no phone # print one day not the next. I even had them remotely check my computer and supposedly they fixed everything but 2 days later same old crap it is virtually impossible to troubleshoot a problem through email will never buy another Sawgrass anything. I really wanted an American made sublimation printer 1 star because no choice for negative star

So I purchased this thinking that it was an actual printer and then when I got it, I realize that it was not which kind of upset me, but that’s OK. I sent it back and then I re-purchased the actual printer that I was looking for.

it's been a complete waste of money for me. I have yet to get it to connect to my printer. can't find any help to get it to work.

I purchased this to go with my printer 500. Seems flimsy. Only got to use it a couple times bc my printer is broken. Had it two months and it won't grab the paper. Sawgrass won't honor the warranty claiming not returned in 30 days. SAWGRASS, AMAZON, it was AFTER 30 days that it broke!AMAZON has not supported their A-Z gaurantee... I paid 700$ for my printer. Used it two months. Now broken. And they will not give my $ back or even exchange it. I have been a loyal member of Amazon for 10 years. Have never missed a payment. And this happens!
