I bought this to hang my heavy punching bag from and it’s working great. It’s super smooth and quiet. I figure it not really made for what I’m using it for but it’s holding up to the abuse really well.

This is a great swivel. Spins smoothly with no hang up. Very well make and can take the weight. Rated for 2000 lbs.

Bigger than expected and gratefully so! This is strong and sturdy with smooth flawless operation. Tied a swing to it and had a 350lb plus human plop themselves into it and gave them a spin. No sticking at all. Near zero detectable resistance as the spinning lasted quite a while after a couple of pushes designed to cause some dizziness.Fully recommended!

The con is that it is a little odd in that you still need a clip to keep attached to the swing frame. But once it spins it works excellent!
