This is a solid, all-metal handle. The paint coating is really nice. This works great in my kids' treehouse, and I expect that it will hold up well through years of use.

really like the looks of these handles was looking for a handle to use as a hand rail by sliding door and these will look good would buy again

These are very well built grab bars. The handles measure about 10 1/2" long and overall length is about 13" including the mounting tabs and feel very sturdy. The mounting tabs are 1/4" thick! The finish is a smooth matte black and very well done with the very small exception around where the tubes are welded to the mounting tabs. There are some tiny welding boogers that weren't removed before painting, but they don't appear to be an issue. The included lag bolts appear to be stainless steel based on look, feel and magnetism, which means they will outlast whatever they are mounted to. Overall, great grab bars for whatever needs them but they're on my child's outdoor playground for safety.
