Easy to use and load. Small capacity but it’s easy enough to load and doesn’t jam often.

I like this stapler and cartridges. We have a The UPS Store and we are using this stapler daily several times. But every now and then, when we replace a cartridge, it won't work... which means that the cartridge is bad. We try it on the exact same stapler (we have more than one) to test to make sure it is indeed the cartridge. So if you don't mind eating the cost of a cartridge of staples. There is no simple way to just get a replacement cartridge. And Amazon is no help.

I purchased this Stapler 2x . I returned the first one when it stopped working after about a month, purchased another one but it also stopped working after a couple of days. It would staple one time and then I would have to put in a whole new staple cartridge for it to staple one more time! I never put more than a couple of sheets of paper in it. I Will not purchase again.

I've had 2 of them. First one worked well for the month , then the jamming started . Eventually stopped working all together. Just got a bunch of flat staples . I got a second one 2 days ago , use once and started to do the same not staple thing. It's a shame because I like the stapler.

This electric stapler seems to work well in a heavy use warehouse environment so far. The ONLY think keeping this from a 5 star rating is the ridiculously high cost of the replacement staples for this unit. So far I have not been able to locate any after market staples and even if I did not sure I would go that route since the stapler might start jamming and acting up which is what we are trying to avoid trying this model.
