This rope is amazing! I know it's technically a wakesurf rope but they're really isn't a water sport you couldn't use this with. What makes it especially good for wakesurfing is the robust thicker section right by the handle. It makes it really easy to grab the rope in several spots as you're pulling yourself up out of the water.The foam handle is super comfortable to hold and you can get a really good grip on it while you're riding. It's got foam pads on it that let it float easily on the surface of the water as you're resetting. One of my favorite things about it is the adjustable length. The rope is made up of multiple sections that easily loop together and come apart so you can customize the length however you want to. If your wake surfing and you want to be inside the wake more just remove a few sections to shorten it. Likewise if you want to be out further behind the wake just add all the sections back in.This really is an awesome quality watersports rope and I'm really happy with it so far. It's $59.99 at the time of this review and considering the awesome quality and how well it works I think that's a fantastic value in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this one if you're looking for a new wake surf rope.

We ended up returning this rope based on throwing it. With the heavier weight and multiple strands, it was a bit harder to throw and brought a lot of water into the boat. Actual performance of the rope was nice to hang onto and multiple areas and was a good length.

Needed a new rope this year as the floating parts of my old rope died at the end of the season last year and it was time to replace it. I love the convenience of being able to just grab one from Amazon. This is cheaper than what my local boat store sells them at and so much easier to order from my phone.I took this out today in this rope works exactly as you would expect. It does have the flexibility to have it be as short as you want. I like mine a little shorter to be able to be pulled up and be right in the wave, but I know some people like a little bit longer rope and like to pull themselves into the wave after they get going.I am 250 pounds and didn’t feel like this rope was gonna break in any way shape or form. This definitely has the strength that you would expect of a surf to rope. It has the building to float not only at the handle but a couple of the extension points as well so you don’t have to worry about it going underwater. This is exactly what you want in a surf rope and love this thing.

This is a sturdy rope. The handle is smaller than others I have had before, but it is comfortable to grip and very buoyant which will make it easier to retrieve when the skater falls. I am not quite sure of the purpose of the extra braiding near the handle but it does not recoil like I thought it would so all is well. Overall a useful rope.

This rope has a very high quality build and feel with a lot of redundancies to increase durability. The handle feels good in the hand and is still very grippy when wet. However, I could see the handle grip tearing and flaking with repeated use. This type of handle is very common in lower quality wakeboard/ surf ropes and they always seem to break quickly.The rope itself is pretty durable because of how thick it is but that also makes it hard to choke up on. One of the methods for finding the sweet spot in a surf wave is by choking up on the rope to pull yourself into it. With this rope, the braided part makes it hard to do that because it likes to move around in your hands as you pull on the rope.It also means that the rope can get shorter when there is slack and then sort of snap back to length when fully extended again. For a beginner rider, this 'stretchiness' can be very deceiving in how they experience their riding.Overall, I like the concept, but for the price, you can get a main brand rope that is much better.

I really like the military braided type cord. This gives it a little bit of suspension so a hard pull doesn't jerk your shoulders.
