Broke the 1/2 cable with a 16500 lb winch.The 3/8 cable that came on the winch was stronger.

Rope and stop weren't bad, the hook is small and doesn't seem like it's heavy enough. I used the hook from the cable I was replacing and am satisfied, for now. We'll see after I "NEED" my winch... lol

First time for me using the new synthetic cable. I jerked it very hard with a tractor. The tension force was enough to collapse a heavy bridged eyelet, but I couldn't break the thing. I don't doubt the claimed strength of 32,000.Note that it is not easy to cut this material with a knife.It is very easy to weave it back through itself to make splices and slip-lock adjustable loopsI couldn't make a prusik-type knot which would hold without slipping when sufficing force was applied.

Well made and priced fairly. MUCH more reasonable than going to a specialty shop. Plus it was delivered to my house so that's definitely more convenient. It does what it is supposed to at almost half the price. If you are looking at this, just buy it. You can't go wrong with this rope and hook.
