Your cart is empty.Place the grinder at a convenient table top so that you can operate it easily. Always keep the Drum in vertical position while grinding. Always add a bit of water finally to the fully ground boiled rice before you tile the drum. This will facilitate the easy follow of the dough.

I’m extremely disappointed. I received a used item with visible scratches all over it. To make things worse, it had mold and a horrible smell from leftover food particles. Clearly, a previously returned item was sent to me, and no effort was made to clean or inspect the product. I am definitely returning this product. It is completely unacceptable!

It’s been 3 months I guess. No problems. It’s grinders really good. All of a sudden I feelLike I became professional in cooking. The batter is so smooth and fluffy. Little bit difficult in cleaning but other wise very good product.

The grinder heating more and very noisy. It's taking more time to grind and heating much. i have a another brand wet grinder. comparitively this grinder taking double the time to grind. may be design flaw.

Seems like a good product. However I got a used and defective one. The start button would not stay on. It would stop as soon as you remove your finger. Also parts were missing. And also had signs of usage. Gi9ven it took 9 days for the delivery, decided not take a chance with them again. Just returned it and ordered the Panasonic alternative for a $100 more.
