I'm 6' 4" tall and the standard seat height of my old toilet was too low for me so I bought 2 of these toilets. They are much more comfortable than the old ones and actually flush better than the old ones while using less water per flush.

I love the slow closing lid and not having g to hear the kids slam down the lid every time they use it. Om only 5' tall and this was a little too tall for me. My feet don't touch the floor. I have to keep a little stool on front of it to rest my feet on. My fault for not measuring correctly but for my size I should have gotten the model that's 1" lower.

The Toilet Seat is not sturdy. It moves around more than normal and cam not be tightened to stop the movement. Two bumpers that separate the Seat from the bowl came off after two (2) days of usage. The Seat is a slow close and that works well. However with the seat not being sturdy probably accelerated the bumpers dislodging from the Seat.

The hardware / gasket kit that came with the toilet was not sealing properly and causing the toilet to leak . So I bought a new hardware kit and this solved the issue.

the way the seat mechanism is does not hold the seat in place . it moves around and you have to keep adjusting it. a real pain. also the seat has indentation marks that are not desirable. i would not repurchase.

the standard 17 inch bowl height toilets are difficult for my elderly disabled parent to sit down and get off of without some sort of handicap rail. This is a very high bowl height to the point some say their feet do not reach the floor easily however, my elderly parent can now get on and off unassisted.

The toilet itself is very good. Good height for people with back issues. Excellent Flushing. Comfortable to sit on.Toilet seat is terrible! It slides all over. Even slides back after you have already sat down, which is not good for someone with back problems. Unsafe for anyone to use. We are going to have to replace the toilet seat as soon as possible.9/29/24We just had our toilet seat replaced today. The toilet seat got worse and worse as time went on. After having the toilet for only 3 and 1/2 Weeks, fastener of the bolt broke off. This is due to the big metal plate that mounts on the top has a wide split in it, making it very easy for the toilet seat to slide around.The toilet itself is great. Go ahead and buy it, but also buy a different toilet seat that will match, that has bolts that are long enough.
