Build quality is ok, a couple sharp spots where the cut wasn't perfect - be careful if you run bare skin over it.Function seems good, rolls well.Unfortunately, the dimensions in the photo are NOT accurate. For me, the important factor was the height, and this is NOT 4.17" tall. It's 3.5" at best (including wheel clearance).If having dimensions is as important to you as it is to me, I included photos of my caliper readouts marked up to clarify where I'm measuring.What I received looks identical to another product that showed up in my search, so looks like this particular model as pictured may no longer be available.
