I was a little hesitant since the picture and the serial number didn't match on the listing (listing is for 12v, picture is 24v) but luckily it was in fact the 12v relay that I needed to replace in my Paragon Bluebird XL kiln.Best price I could find online and super quick shipping. Easy to swap out myself and I was back in business quickly.Thank you!

Works great on my paragon kiln! Pretty easy to install for someone with minimal kiln maintenance knowledge. I got a failure to heat error message originally. The old relay on the kiln would click a few times, then stop clicking. I replaced the relay and now it’s working like normal again!

Product is cheap and malfunctioned with very limited use. You get what you pay for.

This is the same relay sold by many retailers, and described as the standard for kilns with digital controllers, from many manufacturers. Labeling (various V and A ratings) is confusing, but exactly the same as on the 12VDC 30A relays sold elsewhere. It fit and works well in my 240V Paragon.
