This was bought as a gift so I have not personally used it, the owner LOVES how cute it is. She'll make matcha tea in it and prefers a lighter inside to the mug so she can see the color of her tea. She also appreciates the sturdiness of the handle, as well as the lid, since she walks around her outside garden while drinking tea in the mornings and the lid keeps it warm.Would definitely buy for others, maybe even myself though I'm a coffee drinker. I purchased another type (different company made it) of mug on Amazon and was INCREDIBLY annoyed as they hardly included any packaging for a ceramic mug AND Amazon delivered it in a plastic bag so of course the couple I ordered all broke.

This is an amazing mug. It works well with looseleaf as well as sachet’s, does wonderful in the microwave and is super cute!

The whole unit is very sturdy and well made. I was very pleased.I use it mainly for coffee, but have made tea in it and there is no tea leaf residue in the cup because the infuser has very tiny wholes that allow water to go through, but not the tea itself.

This is a true ceramic mug. It had a lid and removable strainer. It is the perfect tea brewer with steeper.

It's adorable. The box is even adorable! I opened it up and the handle, while broken off? Still adorable. I got it glued on but I'm nervous to use it with out support since things get hot. The strainer and lid work perfect for brewing on another mug so no waste here. I followed the post card and emailed twice for help regarding the broken handle but nothing. Oh well.

I liked the heaviness of this mug. It not a light mug, it has some weight to it which makes it comfortable in your hand. It’s a good size too. Easy to clean. A good buy.
