Amazing accuracy with all my endmills! To the point that it’s too accurate with certain ones and will catch little details you wouldn’t have to worry about otherwise. Works with all my specialized bits too. (Tapered ball, variable flute, and threading mills)

Hallelujah!! Finally found a company that I can trust to deliver CNC tooling components that actually meet or exceed tolerances as advertised. This ER11 Collet is extremely high quality and I've measured the run-out to less than .0001"... Product was delivered ahead of estimated delivery dates and very well packaged.. And best of all, no Chinese markings on the packaging! Going forward, I plan to use Hemly Tool Supply exclusively for all of my CNC needs.

I've not actually ran this or checked it with an indicator yet, I'm a fairly new machinist. My boss recommended this brand saying they've always shown less than .001" of runout. Comparing to cheaper ER collets I've bought though, the quality, fit and function thus far from just mounting it into my little Chinese CNC mill with a 1/4" endmill & popping it out, it just looks & feels far superior to the bargain brands I've used thus far. It'll probably be great for small work on my manual mill too. I just felt the need to remark on the massive difference from the cheaper brands and I want to get this review request out of my inbox. 15 bucks is certainly a fair price.

It's a good quality collet and has worked perfectly for me in my ER11 spindle.

I measured .004" runout on this collet. I purchased collets for $6 that had less than .002". I've just returned it.
