I couldn't believe how easy this block was to install. It has been around −10 hear this past week and the function of the lock has been impeccable. The only thing that I think would improve it as if it would not automatically lock. After 30 seconds.I would rather have to do that manually.But all in all I don't have any complaints

I ordered 2 of these locks for entry doors for our home. Fairly easy to install but the first one took awhile to program because of the auto lock problem. Took a few tries to get the auto lock turned off. I have ordered a third one to install our guest house.

I was told that the lock would fit a 1 3/8" door and as hard as I tried I could not get it to work. I am sorry because I liked the lock.

Would not lock or unlock, but programming was correct and motor would run. Took 2.5hrs to figure out that the 4 metal prongs on the interior shaft were not pressed into the groove of the plastic locking knob (so locking mechanism wasn’t fully connected). Stick it in a vice and hit it with a hammer and punch and it’ll lock that piece in and work property. Pretty annoying waste of time.

This product is made up of high quality materials which makes it not only look good but very durable as well. Mounting it on my door was also a breeze since the instructions are very clear. I would definitely buy this product again to replace all my exterior doors.

I recently purchased a centurion home with a very old entry door. This lock actually fit the door and was fairly easy to install. It has all the features I was looking for and was less expensive than the majority of ones I had looked at.
