The ev charger that came with the used egulf I bough failed after a couple of months so I bought this one. It works great with the egulf and my Rivian R1T. The screen is nice as it tells you how long its been charging and how much power it is pulling. I can also plug it into my Eco flow delta pro and use solar power to charge either EV.

As a first-time EVer, I do enjoy the simplicity of operation for basic charging. and value for the price. So far so good on materials and reliability! This works in my garage and I am comfortable hauling it around in the back of the Nissan Leaf with 6KW on-board charger.Quibble: I can't seem to get the buttons to have any effect (the only actual issue with the unit so far). It always tries to deliver 15.5A at 110V or 16A at 240V. UPDATE: This was a user error, I see now the buttons are responding!My car could benefit from a 24A 240V mode and would upgrade using this brand, but am concerned that a higher-amp version would start up at greater than 24A draw, leaving not enough margin on a 30A dryer circuit. All that said, I only have a 24KWh battery (at best) anyway.The carrying case is nice, but, typically, doesn't have any extra room for a 10-30P adapter. It's difficult enough to get the Tera back into the bag. I wouldn't take off for this since bags are not usually oversized.UPDATE: charger is still working fine and no signs of issues.

I mostly use it in 240V mode, and it works well enough. Charges my Pacifica Hybrid from empty to full in less than 3 hours, which is great! Iรขโ‚ฌโ„ขve used it a few times with the 120V adapter with no issues either. Always outside in the sun, rain, and even light snow.The buttons for adjusting the current or setting a timer arenรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt great, but I always get them to work eventually. Not a big deal, I usually just plug in and walk away without needing to change settings.The biggest issue for me is that once the charge is complete, it stops communicating with the vehicle. Not a problem most of the year, but I like to precondition my van when it gets cold, and since the charger doesnรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt know it needs to turn back on, my van uses a lot of battery to heat up. It should be using power from the charger but wonรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt until the charger is unplugged then plugged back in. A workaround Iรขโ‚ฌโ„ขve been doing is flipping my circuit breaker off and on during my morning routine and that helps a bit.Note: if you have a Pacifica hybrid, youรขโ‚ฌโ„ขll always lose some charge when preconditioning with anything less than 240V 32A. Not a fault of the charger though.

We love this charger! It's been thru all kinds of weather and we even use an extension cable with it, and always delivers maximum charge.Came with great adapters to make it useful as a portable charger in the US.

I've had this charger for 5 months but have not been able to use it since mid December.Here is the issue:As one other reviewer noted the charger disconnects once the EV charge setpoint has been reached. SND IT APPARENTLY WUITS MONITORING. What this means is during cold weather when the EV will occasionally call for power to maintain battery temperature, this charger will not supply it. Therefore the EV uses power from the traction battery to perform the heating. Consequently, if the car sits for a few days in cold weather the battery could be seriously depleted from the charge setpoint was. In my case from 80 to 50 percent. The Tera charger has to be disconnected from power before it will start charging again. For us in cold (or very hot) climates this is a serious oversight in engineering.On a further note, and to reinforce what some others have noted, company response is non existent to useless.The charger performs well as long as the environmental temps remain moderate.

This works well. Other chargers i have owned had thin cables and the cable or the plug would burn/melt, this charger has a thick cable and the cable does not get hot.

Worked great until a couple of days ago when the screen just went dead. No information can be obtained anymore. I like to keep track of how much energy I'm consuming through charging the car, and the screen on this was one of the bigger reasons I went for this item.Cord is long enough to be plugged into the back of my car, where the charging port is located in the BMW i3, in the opposite side of where the wall outlet in the garage is. Everything has been as expected, until this happened.I've left it unplugged for a few hours, hoping the screen would come back, but it didn't. Fortunately though, it still charges the car.If the power tracking and information screen is of importance to you, as it is to me, maybe look elsewhere.

I bought this charger on sale to charge my Kia EV6 at home. I donรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt have a 240v plug in my garage, so I have only used the 110v adapter so far. I have been pleasantly surprised by the speed of the charger at 110v. Iรขโ‚ฌโ„ขm currently getting a little over 1kwh of charge per hour. Since my battery is 77kwh, It gives me about 20% on an overnight charge. I rarely use more than that much juice in a day, so this keeps my car topped up and ready to go. I was also surprised at how durable all of the components are. Furthermore, I live in a place that was built in the 70s and I have not tripped a breaker while using this. So far, I have zero complaints and may not even bother spending the money to upgrade the plug in my garage.

the cable is very flexible even in minus 20 degrees Celcius or 0 degrees Farenheightit turns on instantly when plugging it in. Works well with 110 volts. Did not try it with 240 volts.

Puedes seleccionar la corriente y programar la carga, incluye un estuche para llevarlo y un adaptador de la clavija 14R que trae el equipo. Importante saber que trae el conector europeo, si tienes un auto asiรƒยกtico requiere adaptador.
