I bought this to replace a mailbox that was attached to The side of my house. I wanted something at the bottom of the steps. Not only does this looks sleek and nice, It was easy, easy to install and it’s really high-quality. It has held up through multiple rough storms without any damage.

The mounting plate for the mailbox didn’t have aligning screw holes for attaching it to the plate. Given the cost of the mailbox system, I do expect the pre-drilled holes to match, and I shouldn’t have to measure, then drill, new holes. Most disturbing was the lack of attention and and concern for my emails to the maker, “4ever Products†who stopped responding to my messages. If you expect more from your patronage, avoid this seller.

The mailbox kit had very detailed instructions and was easy to set up. The initial kit had a mailbox with pre-drilled holes that did not line up correctly making it impossible to attach it to the post. However, after a quick call to the seller a replacement box was on it's way. Great customer service and a high quality product.

Ordered the No Dig system. Did not receive stake. Msg seller through Amazon. Seller responded next day and got stake in 2 days. Went to put together and realized the reason there was no stake in the original box. They had sent the post in ground version. Cut post down to work as No Dig. After that, it installed perfectly and I was completely done in 30 minutes. Ready for mail. Mistakes happen and the company responded as a company should. Would definitely buy from them again.
