Update Jan 2025: quit working after 2 months of use.If you expect these stove heater fans to blow air around, lower your expectations. This fan simply mixes a little warm air into the room slightly. You won't feel a breeze. What makes these fun is that they run without batteries based on the temperature difference between the top and bottom of a thermoelectric heat pump. Visitors seem to enjoy the fan quietly sitting there and running. I just like the gadget.This model is one of the most expensive 6 blade stove heater fans of any similar models on Amazon by a few dollars at the time of writing. If you're wanting one of these fun heater toys, look around... you'll find cheaper but nearly identical fans. Recommend if you want a neat gadget adorning your stove.

These little thermoelectric fans are a great way to get a little bit better heat distribution out of your woodburning stove, with no added power and with nothing to remember to switch on or off.This fan seems to work well (though, it's not winter yet - I had to test it in a frying pan!). I like that the tilt of the fan is adjustable - you can point it a little up, down, or straight out - to get the heat exactly where you want it. Also comes with a magnetic stove thermometer, so that you can make sure the stove is running at a good temperature - for the safety of the stove, and protection of the fan. The fan lists a max temprature of 345°C (650°F), well above where I'd be running my stove!
