This QCBF Store Thigh Master Hip Trainer, Qcbf Kegel Pelvic Floor Exerciser 35lb is great. I got this to strengthen my pelic floor for my up coming baby delivery. This is my second pregnancy and I'm not as good shape as I was the first round, so sneezing and coughing have begun to become a problem. I like that this will even have options to help my upper body. Getting to a gym or using my home gym is very difficult with a very curious toddler running about so this compact device is easy to use around my child and if he gets a hold of it, it won't cause him harm. So it's a win win in my book. Great device.

No instructions. I plugged it in to charge it up because I wasn’t sure why it came with a USB-c cable. Apparently, it’s to count reps. My counter doesn’t work very well. (I will attach a video to this review to explain what I mean.) It works well for what it does, and it provides a nice range of resistance, but I wish it had more in the upper range. I do love that it is compact and I can get some movements in between work activities throughout the day. Overall, it’s a decent little exerciser and I am happy with it.

When I ordered this thigh master, I was expecting a big, cumbersome contraption like the ones they used to advertise on tv. Instead, this device is small but effective and quite easy to use. There were no directions but it’s simple enough to figure out, and I was able to start using it right out of the box.I like that it has a counter, and the tension control allows you to use it not just for leg work but arms as well.I’m really glad I got it, and I think it’ll be a good fitness tool for a part of my regimen.

It's a thigh master. The instructions are very limited. There is a digital counter that keeps up with how many reps you do, which is nice. Not exactly sure how to reset it back to 0 when you switch from.ine exercise to another but no big deal. The build quality is nice. Doesn't have a cheap feel to it and it folds up nicely for easy storage.
