My roof has several of these anchors mounted for fall protection. They are lightweight but strong, easily installed, and visually unobtrusive (blending nicely with black roof shingles) - and one of the less expensive anchors available. Very satisfied with them.

I mounted these under the ridge vent (i.e. apex flashing) of my standing seam metal roof - a perfect application because I can see the structural members and get them spot-on. I used double-sided EPDM ("butyl") tape underneath, cut to the contact footprint, and atop the fasteners I used waterproof tape (i.e. ClearTape).

No screws included. Seems they would include appropriate screw for safety application. I didn’t see any mention of specs for such screws.

One of the best tools out there for roofing. It will secure you to your roof. I used this anchor for replacing shingles on my roof, it's worth the money.
