TOPGREENER recessed receptacles wall plates are made of unbreakable polycarbonate thermoplastic material, and can withstand bending, twisting, hard impacts, and drops. Feature TR shutter which prevents foreign objects from being inserted, but still allows easy insertion of proper plugs. The recessed receptacles come with matching screws that are painted to help achieve a flush mounted look.

These were exactly what I needed. They shipped quickly and were easy to install and fit perfectly. They seem like high quality. They look really upscale. With their great functionality, I feel they’re a great value for the money. They seemed tamper resistant.

Installed it behind my adjustable base for my bed because our bed could never sit flat against the wall and I had destroyed our old outlet pushing the bed. Now it sits flat against the wall. Easy install as well.

Could be better by providing longer screws and the the face cover to be a bigger. The outlet part is OK.

I needed recessed outlets for my narrow home theater and needed to put the seating hard up against the side walls, but required to plug in the recliner power. This looked like a good choice over a full TV-style recessed work box.Well, I was really disappointed in these - very poor overall quality of product. The price was good, but honestly wish I'd spent more for Leviton (can only hope those would be better, though, have not experienced those to compare fairly)First, the plastic shroud is cheap and flimsy looking. Next, when installing, I think the ground lug must be made of 'cheese'; when tightening the screw it bent horribly - had to straighten and hold with pliers while trying to get good torque on the screw with the screwdriver.If you have anything less than a very deep box, and with multiple romex (as most do - one in and one out) then trying to shoe-horn this in is tough. I did manage, and in fairness, this aspect would be expected of any similar product, but this is a heads-up to see what you have in your workbox before you purchase.And lastly, the surround is of minimal size - even modestly larger size would have been appreciated.When I look at the overall ratings I am pretty shocked that they are so high - very misleading. I think I was generous in giving it a 2. They do the job, but it's just not a quality product.

I needed to add a recessed switch behind my mirror. This did exactly the job I needed it to. The quality of outlet was ok, nothing spectacular but does the job. Its easy as any other outlet to setup. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.
