My son finished school, bought a house and needed some basic tools. He wants to tackle DIY jobs and these are a great plier set that will serve him well for years. I was surprised at the quality, the handles are comfortable, the opening and closing action is super smooth and after some basic jobs the teeth of the pliers do not show any damage, like you would expect from cheaper tools. I am a DIYer and learned over the years to buy once, cry once. These are high quality without the tears.Perfect for what he needed, reliable for occasional use at a very fair price.

tools feel good and are in working condition what i did not like is that they come individually package but 3 of them were open and dirty. so that tells me someone used before shipping "sad" i would return but don't want the hassle.
