I love surprises, but the element of surprise when you’re doing a chest fly on the ground and a wheel falls off only to fall on your face. Not good. I would not recommend.

What you receive is pictured in the video, Blue in color, No screws, and they do fall apart.Metal handles needs deburring and with a little supper glue they work great.The ones costing $35 do not look any better.This style, out performs the single Ab roller, much better chest workout.

I sought these out as an alternative to a single ab roller and, as expected, I love having my hands independent of each other. It adds another level of difficulty and exposes weaknesses/imbalances, allows you to use more muscles in your shoulders, arms, chest, and obliques, and you can play with different variations of roll outs like one arm forward and the other out to the side or starting close together and going wide as you roll out. You can even do chest flies with them using your bodyweight pushing them into the ground directly underneath you and then out to the sides and back in. That said, quality is lacking. Little shavings of plastic come off during each use and the wheels themselves separate from the handles every time. A little patience and some careful super gluing of the caps to the handles, ensuring I did not super glue the wheels to the caps or handles, seems to have solved the issue of the wheels coming off. I am hoping the plastic shavings don’t continue to flake off but these take on a good amount of friction. The handle cushions feel comfortable now but I fear they will wear or even tear in the near future. Simple fix with some athletic tape if you don’t need them to be soft which I don’t. They were pretty inexpensive and they are working well enough after what I mentioned before so I think three stars is appropriate after all things considered.

the idea is super cool but i bought these as a gift and i was a little embarrassed and disappointed to learn that the wheels absolutely come right off. the whole thing comes apart. no durability, whatsoever. genuinely wish i just had my money back bc we can’t really use them without fear of them falling apart at an unsafe time.

Have had these for about 3 weeks now. Definitely a better option than traditional ab rollers since it allows you do more exercises. Haven’t had any issues with the durability yet but will update review if there is any problems.

These work great and give me a better range of motion. I use these now instead of the regular wheel and can do more exercises

Las ruedas no cumplieron mis expectativas, por que se destraban con facilidad, el seguro que trae no es sufrientemente seguro para que mantenga la rueda en su lugar.La rueda que muestra en la imagen trae otro tipo de seguro, habrá posibilidades que envÃe el tipo de seguro que muestra en la imagen.Por otra parte el seguro de plástico (tapo de la rueda) que TRAE el producto NO es segura y puedes lastimarte.El producto no cumplió MIS expectativas... creo lo voy a regresar..
