Great quality besides the coating cracks very easily but expected. I love the fact that the clip can be locked on the dog to where they cannot get free. Functions as I wanted. Thickness I was hoping for. Definitely worth the money. Very long which provides plenty for running and exercise while the dogs are out.

I haven't really had the chance to try this lead with my dog yet because I realized when it got here (a day later than expected but that's not a big deal at all, just be prepared in case you're in a hurry to receive it) that it's a bit too short. I got the 20 foot silver tie out and it's about 3 feet too short so I came back & ordered a pink 25 ft.It definitely feels like good quality & I LOVE the way the clasps are on the ends! The last tie out I had for my dog had the regular clasps & they're loose & they have a little gap that's about wide enough that the clip on her harness could slip through if she tried hard enough. The clasp on THIS lead has a screw up piece that covers the part that opens on it, making sure it's not opening unless you unscrew it!My dog is an indoor dog but she's almost 100 pounds, she's broken through a handful of cheaper/smaller leads. This one says it's rated for "500 pounds"... I'm not sure how *tested* that is but it definitely feels pretty strong while still being flexible and thinner than other leads for big dogs.I'll be keeping this silver 20ft lead as a back up in case it's needed & I'll try to update this & the pink 25ft lead's review after it's been used a while! Like I said, I didn't purchase this for an outdoor dog, so she won't be putting wear and tear on it constantly but she definitely gets good use out of her tie outs when she's outside playing lol I added a picture of my girl so you can tell what this lead is up against 😂

Great quality. And it's great they offer different sizes. Will buy this again as I need to.

This cable works very well. My only complaint would be the prongs on the spring which are super sharp. I ended up with 3 stitches in my hand!I had attached the hook to my dog's harness and had the other end (with the spring) in my hand, holding the cable. Before I could attach it to the stake my dog saw something and took off running. The cable slid and ended up with the spring part in my hand and the prong buried in my hand. Trip to ER and 3 stitches. Not fun.Not sure why they picture attaching the end with the spring to the dog or showing the dog with a collar rather than harness...definitely don't want those prongs scratching or cutting the dog and don't want a dog running and being held back by a collar...even if there is a spring. My dog would have broken his neck by now.So, it's a great cable but use A LOT OF CAUTION with the spring and prongs!***UPDATE***The plastic coating around the cable has cracked after less than 1 week of use!!

Just received this today and feels super heavy duty. Love the color!! It will be easy to see in the snow unlike the clear one we use now.

Strong but not strong enough for a 90 pound pitbull 😊

This is an excellent product that has been used outside in the sun, rain and snow for about past 1 year. No sign of fatigue, kinks or any rust at all. My 75lb dog pulls hard when he sees other dogs but this cable takes it like a champ!

Great product. The spring at 1 end helps with pull strength. Our dog broke prior tie out leads. Highly recommended. Like the neon color. Length at 40 feet is perfect.
