Resting steaks on this is a breeze. I leave it in the open oven to rest ‘warm’ and it works perfectly

The pan is decently heavy and the wire rack is stout enough to stand up to heavy roasts and birds without flexing or bending.

I thought these were a little pricy when I got them but I figured if they were solid and werent going to rust it would be worth the investment. Im about 5 months in and the rust is definitely a thing. Kind of disappointed about that

I have plenty of sheet pans for the oven and I have no intention on using this in the oven. For me, the silicone mat is a nice extra. However, fit and finish is great. The pan is thick and not warped, so it sits flat on the counter. The rack is quite thick and doesn't sag under load. The grate is welded at every intersection and also sits flat. Overall, it's a bit more expensive that other options, but is superior in its own way.

I liked the mat with a picture of a Cow on it, showing all the different cuts of meat. Perfect size for a piece of Steak to Rest on. The instructions on how to perfectly cook a Steak are useful. I am now going to purchase the larger size to Rest a Joint of meat.

Small for storage, easy to clean, leaves room in the oven for other items to be cooked at same time.It would be slightly better if the upper wire tray was recessed more into the bottom tray to prevent slippage or rolling off of whatever is being cooked.
