I've started making spritz cookies for church events. It works really well to slide the baked cookies onto these racks after they cool in the pan for two or three minutes. They finish cooling faster, and the bottoms don't get soggy.One batch of spritz dough makes two sheets of cookies, and the cookies from one sheet fit onto one cooling rack, cheek to cheek. Perfect! The cookies are not very heavy, so they certainly won't weigh down the racks.My cookies like to slide off the racks when they're cool and dry. When it comes time to move them, I set the rack into a larger size pan with side walls, so they don't end up on the floor. This arrangement also works great to hold the cookies when I glaze them, so the excess syrup drips down through the rack into the pan underneath. The racks wash off easily with a soapy dishcloth.

These are perfect for cooling racks. These are great quality and coming in sets of 2 is a great deal! Easy to clean and very durable, these have made baking so much better.

I received the 2PCS Cooling Racks for Cooking and Baking -10" x 15" Stainless Steel Wire Rack for Baking, Grilling, Roasting, Drying. Oven and Dishwasher Safe from VRUIFA.These feel like decent cooling racks. They may not be the most solid cooling racks I’ve ever handled, but they do the job! I like the smaller grid to keep softer cookies from sinking between the holes, and appreciate that they are dishwasher safe. However, I haven’t run them through the dishwasher yet. They could sit a bit higher, but considering they’re only 9.99 for two racks (at the time of this review), I’d say these are a good value for the cost.

It's a bit of an awkward size, but it's a drying rack! I use these to dry home made snack sticks I make and they work great for that. Would be nice if they were a more standard size, say to fit side by side in a bakers half sheet, but it's not a deal breaker for me. They work well, survived the dishwasher (that's the real test) and are inexpensive.They do have a slight bow in them straight from the box, but it doesn't affect how they sit on a counter.

If you don't have any of these in your kitchen, you should get some. These racks are magic for making bacon, cooling off a pie, or really anything where getting a bit of a gap under an item is useful. Cleanup is easy, just toss them in the dishwasher. Really a good, basic, kitchen staple.

My main purpose for ordering these racks, was to use them for cooling. They work great to set a hot casserole dish on, great for cooling baked goods too. I really like the size, at about 10x15 inches.

These racks are just the right size for baking. Whether cooling cakes or cookies, they hold a lot and are very stable on a table or counter. Well constructed, they clean up easily by hand or in a dish washer.

There's not too much to say, these are standard cooling racks for use after baking, or pretty much anything else that needs to be cooled.These are a standard, tried and true design that keeps hot food elevated so air can circulate and cool it off. They look like every other cooling rack I've seen, and like the other rack I own. If you need cooling racks, you can't go wrong with these.
