I’ve tried (and own) a number of brands of knee guard: Leatt, G-Form, POC, and multiple types within brands. For my leg shape (relatively muscular “hourglass†or “peanut†😆) these have given the best combination of security and comfort. I learned to check the position of my knee guards due to previous brands, and every time I check these they are bang-on. Over time I find myself checking less because these have been so reliable. They are also pretty low-profile due to the D3O, which I am happy to see appear in bicycling gear (very familiar with it from motorcycling). While D3O is great, I consider these to be on the low side of protection, which is fine for my trails and riding style. The fact that they are so low profile makes them very comfortable and they fit easily underneath long shorts of full riding pants.PS To help keep them up, one trick I do is to pull the bottom up above the belly of my calf muscle in the back so the calf muscle is not pulling down on it.

I use these on my gravel bike for challenging trails or during hard riding days. They give me with added protection and confidence. Comfortable to use without pressure points or chaffing. I purchased the xl-xxl but should have ordered the L. Nonetheless they stay in place and look good. Recommended.

I bought these specifically for snowboarding. They are lightweight, easy to put on, and stay in place well. They feel a little tight, but break in quickly after a few minutes. Also they are not too heavy or bulky to fit over my snow gear. The material is on the thick side, so it was okay for the cold winter weather. I'm not sure how these will feel when warm spring weather comes and hot summer/fall biking. The upper part of the pad has a grippy rubber or silicone to prevent movement, so I rarely had to readjust them. I was using volleyball pads before, so these were a huge upgrade.I've worn these for 7-8 hours on 4 consecutive days in the snow. Around the 7 hour mark, I can feel some slight discomfort on the skin behind my knees when sitting on the chair lift. I think the product can improve by using neoprene on the inside and leaving a cut out to get better breathability behind the knees.

I really love the TLD slip on armor. They have good stretch, stay in place, and thin, flexible D30 armor. With the right fit, they are comfy to wear and provide an extra layer of protection. The sizing on these seem like they are geared toward people, with smaller/thinner legs. I am 5' 11" and have an active build. These were uncomfortably snug, highlighted in being shorter than I assumed they would be. They are 12" long, so they pinch with bent knee, which isn't going to work. They are 16" around thigh and 14" around bottom. If you can find a size that works for you, I do highly recommend them! I use my friends (which are longer to protect knee and shin) when I can and love, love, love them.

LOVE these things. I could never go back to Fox or others. These are like wearing socks over your knees, but with D30 protection. 20+ mile rides with NO discomfort or slippage. Very breathable...don't get hot like the bulkier pads. I dont' even remove my shoes to take them off...just pull them off over your shoes. Best product TLD has made. Highly recommend!

Fit well and don’t slide down, however I’m concerned they may wear out quick. Already burring and have a small hole. Other than that I like them.

These are plenty comfortable as far knee pads go. Luckily I haven’t to test them yet.
