I was shorted the longer bolts and supplied an extra short bolt? I had a bolt that worked but obviously no one is QCing what's included. It basically turned a cheap Harbor freight trailer into a big wheelbarrow. Used it to get lumber through a six foot gate to deliver supplies to my backyard for a shed project. With care balancing the load I was able to move 100 wall studs and a few sheets of OSB in one trip. That's definitely over a thousand pounds on the trailer, but maybe 250 of tongue weight. Definitely worth the money.

Bought this to move my 10' trailer around. Had to buy a 2" ball for it (make sure you buy a ball with a 3/4" shank) but expected to do that anyway. Works excellent on pavement and concrete but tires are a bit small for maneuvering on dirt and grass (maybe some 10" wheels??). Instructions were abysmal but I figured it out. The handle could've been a foot or two longer too. All in all, a good product for the money.

People who work with trailers know these things are great. This one is relatively inexpensive stronger than it looks and can pull a trailer only limited by the human strength.

This does NOT come with a 1 7/8 ball as advertised! Has the worst assembly instructions I've ever seen!

Well it worked to move an ultralight camper around. No problems until the second use. While trying to navigate a hard turn the camper wheels hit a slight bump causing resistance which transferred to the dolly wheels. The left wheel rim folded in on itself running the rim and causing the dolly to become useless.
