Bad photo looks like some kinda metal ring not green plastic I took a chance and it is what I needed I suggest they find a better photo of their product

Perfect size! Couldn't find anything smaller than a 20 inch anywhere near me and 16 was perfect for our rectangle lids on our septic tank
