This is the ultimate weekender bag that will haul your dive gear and extras wherever you go. Conveniently clip whistle to diving gear. Good level sounds and is easily attachable with lanyard.

We ordered this bag early in preparation for a dive vacation. When leaving for that dive trip, the handle pulled completely out of the bag. I had to pull it by the cloth handle throughout the whole trip. Having a carry-on also made it a little harder getting through the airports. I contacted Tusa when I got home and explained the situation. They said I can send the bag back but that I would have to pay the shipping because it was past the return date. There should be exceptions to that rule, and I believe this should be one of them. I'm sure there are many people that purchase a gear bag well in advance of a planned dive vacation. Bottom line, check your purchase completely when delivered for any defects.

I bought this bag just prior to a scuba diving trip for my wife and me. We were able to get two sets of dive gear in the single bag including the BCDs, wet suits, fins, masks, booties, etc. We travel with our regulators and dive computers in the carryon bags. Going to our destination we were able to get all of that gear in the bag and keep the weight right at 50#. Coming back we loaded it up a bit more and it weighed in at 64# at the airport.Everything with these bags is a trade off as the manufacturer is trying to balance cost, durability, and space available for certain items. I think this bag got it almost exactly right. The main compartment is large enough for 2 full size BCDs (we both use Scubapro SeaHawk 2). The width is perfect and it is long enough to nest the two BCDs with the bulky parts separated enough to lie flatter in the bag. The one fin pocket is large enough for my wife's fins but too small for mine. My wife uses Beuchat Aquabionic fins and I use an earlier version of that same fin, the Warp 1. If I were redesigning the bag I would make the fin pocket slightly larger to accommodate larger fins, but the bag works for us as I put my fins in the main compartment. There is an elastic strap on the bottom of the bag to secure items but it is pretty light weight compared to what we throw in the bag. We use it to secure a wetsuit on the bottom of the bag but it really isn't necessary. There are 4 solid handles, one on top (when lying horizontal) and one on the side and one on each end. They come in very handy whey hauling around a 60# plus bag. The telescoping roller handle seems sturdy enough and the wheels seem strong and durable. The wheels could be bigger, but they work fine and I wouldn't want to trade off interior space for that. The bag seems durable with reinforcing in all of the places one would expect wear and tear. There is a large pocket on the top of the bag when lying horizontal and one on the top when standing upright. These are both handy. The only thing about the bag that is a bit of a pain is that it doesn't want to stay upright unless you pack it with something firm at the end of the bag touching the ground when it is stood upright. I have a pair of thick soled sandals that I pack there. It firms up that end of the bag enough to allow it to stand firmly upright. Frankly I'm glad they didn't put anything down there that would have added more weight to the bag.All in all a great bag for a good price. I am sure we will use it for many years to come. I did not give this bag a durability rating because we have only used it on one trip but so far it's held up great.

The pull handle broke on this tusa dive bag on first dive trip and not worth the price!! Now stuck in airport trying to hand carry/pull with cloth handle and still 2 airports to go! Don’t waste your money on this one.

Bought 2 so my husband and I could travel with our dive gear. Yes these were pricey, but the quality is great. They are pretty heavy duty/durable, and held up great during air travel. Our mesh bags hold our BCD, fins, reg with case, mask/snorkle, and wetsuit, and the mesh bag slid perfectly into this travel bag! In watching the 50lb bag limit, I was also able to add some extra shoes and things to the bag. Since Hubby and I each had a bag, I bought 1/8" shock cord in a fun color to make mine stand out. That was the same size as the included cord, and I was able to easily swap and use the existing toggle and end cover. Great purchase and highly recommend it!
