Tips for Hole Saw Use:
1.Percussion drill and electric hammer are prohibited!
2.Please fill in coolant when opening the hole, which can extend the life of the hole saw.
3. please let the hole saw takes a break for 2-3 minutes after finished 3 -4 holes.
4.the hole saw should be formed at a 90 degree angle with the surface and keep stable during use.
5.When drill a wood boards or such thing with a thickness of more than 10 mm, please remove the spring.
6.Concrete, glass, ceramic tile, cement board, metal are prohibited!

Sure there are sturdier saws and somewhat better looking/quality covers but I thought this package is an incredible value for the price. So happy I took this route instead of spending 2x as much on something I’d prob like the same

Well, it’s a Chinese kit with not the most robust hole saw, but I was able to drill through (5) 2†deep holes (drilling from top and bottom. I had to use another pilot bit to get through to match the holes up, but was able to make it work.

I bought this kit to add a cutout for wires in a new, solid wood desk. I had no issues drilling the hole, just go slow and steady with light pressure. From there, it was no effort at all, just slap in the cover and run your wires. This was great, because I hate wires being exposed and this was the best solution for powering my computers and monitors. With the cover on, it's probably suitable for 5-6 wires or cables, depending on the thickness of them. If you're running a lot, go bigger. Otherwise, everything is snug and has been serving it's purpose for a few months now.

These grommets are good quality and easy to work with after installation. The hole saw is slightly too big, resulting in a loose fit. I had to wrap the grommets with tape to get a snug fit in the hole. In addition, the center drill bit twisted and broke after the second hole, requiring me to remove and replace it - not difficult, just loosen one hex screw. I bought two replacement bits just in case.

I used these for access to my straps to secure my downrigging board to my casting platform .. who says one needs a charter type boat to catch salmon? And it's pulled by my Camry. So on a calm to light breeze of a day, I'm downrigging and if the winds pick up .. she flies to the ramp with the 20hp. When I'm casting .. the rigger board stays in my garage. The casting platform has 4 handles such that I can remove it for winter storage in my garage with the boat flipped over on my trailer outside.

I wanted the desk grommets and these are perfect. The hole saw couldn't even cut one hole through the desk (dense particleboard), so I threw it away and bought a real one from the hardware store. I was still happy about the purchase though, because I was after the grommets and they are fine. Buy a 50mm hole saw and some expanding Gorilla Glue and everything will work out perfectly.
