I bought the size 6 (16 oz), as size 5 for me ends up to small after expected shrinkage. I am 1.80 meters height and weight 84 kg. The pants are perfect length, shirt a bit large for me but i expect it to shrink. Good fabric, good quality, comfortable. If you are looking for a kumite uniform, I would recommend something lighter, 16 oz is good for kata and technique practice, not for combat.

I bought this Gi for my son, i wanted something heavy but flexible and didn’t want to spend too much not knowing how long heWould last with this martial arts venture. The material is good not too heavy and flexible, the problem is the top is more like a size 3/4 not a 5 and the pants are more like a large 6 definitely not a 5. Cant return since we washed it. Other wise good material
