Great product, very quiet, wireless and barely have to charge, one charge lasts months. The motion sensor works great and makes my kitty want to drink more. I'll never go back to a boring old bowl of stagnant water! Love the stainless steel as well, easier to clean.

I’ve had this since May and so far it’s worked great. It is super simple to disassemble and the easiest fountain I’ve ever cleaned. There’s no nooks for crud to build up. It’s been easy for me to refill it with fresh water everyday and only takes a few minutes. I really like that the pump and battery are OUTSIDE of the water tank, so there’s no risk of water contamination if somehow the battery were to leak. The pump lasts a good month or more on a charge and I typically leave it on the timer setting so that it’ll circulate on a regular basis. With other fountains I’ve had, I would have to clean with vinegar now and then to keep the pump in proper working order and dissolve hard water buildup, but I’m not sure how well that would work with this kind of pump since it isn’t the usual submersible kind, I haven’t tried that yet. The fountain is fairly quiet overall, but one thing that I don’t like is when it comes on it emits a high pitched frequency ringing sounding noise. It’s really low to my ears, but if I can hear it then I imagine it’s loud for the cats with their super hearing. If it weren’t for that noise this would be a perfect fountain.

Many people don't realize that cats need a water source that is physically separate from their food source. When water dishes are set directly next to food, cats are less likely to get enough fluid throughout the day due to this preference. We have been using the white plastic version of this product for a few years now and it was excellent. It actually still works very well however I saw this when coming online to purchase replacement filters for that first unit and decided to get it because it seemed to have improvements relative to that item with the main one being the material. For cats who get acne on their chin often the culprit is plastic dishes or food allergies. Our cat Chloe doesn't have that issue however she definitely would prefer to drink out of our glasses of water if this was not available. In fact she was sticking her feet and face in all of our water cups throughout the house at all times prior to purchasing this. She no longer does that. We've only had this for about a month however the filtration and construction of this is superior to an already excellent product that is their plastic cat fountain. The only benefit of the plastic version over this one is that it is more compact and might fit in whatever area you need it to more easily. We put this on a side table in the living room because she prefers to be able to drink from an elevated position especially so she can watch what our dog is up to without distraction lol. I will likely give the old model to a friend or family member because it's excellent and holds a charge for a long time in addition to being a favorite of our cat and likely the same will be true of their cats. It is very easy to use and assemble. It also appears that it will be easier to clean then the earlier version although that was not that difficult It did have more nooks and crannies to get into and I just used a multi bottle brush to get into those areas so it wasn't a big deal.

This is a great wireless water fountain. It holds a good amount of water, and realistically I’m cleaning out the fountain before I even need to refill it. I’ve had several water fountains with submerged pumps and they ALWAYS got slimy. This pump is mounted to the outside of the fountain body, and can be detached when charge is needed. Somehow it hasn’t gotten slimy yet even though you can’t clean out the pump technically. My ONLY gripe with this product is that it creates a high frequency noise every time it turns on. If I can hear it my cats probably can too, so it’s a little annoying. it doesn’t seem to be bothering them enough to not drink from it. I honestly don’t buy filters for this product after the first one it came with got too old. if you replace the water every 2-3 days the filter is kind of pointless. overall I would get this product again even though the noise from it is kind of annoying.

I did research into about 12 water fountains. I know how important it is for cats to stay hydrated. This stainless steel fountain is the best one I found! My kitty can stand without straining her neck, and she drinks for about 15 seconds straight with this new UhaPet fountain. With her ceramic bowl she took a couple laps and would walk away. And noise? This fountain is totally silent! My kitty doesn't even hear it turn on when she's 2 feet away! I set mine on the every 20 minute timer mode, and that works great! It is so easy to set up, about 5 minutes, and so easy to charge, and clean! Her water stays so much cleaner now! And the quality is great, very well built. All around this is an AMAZING water fountain for cat or dog! Totally worth every penny! A great investment in the hydration for your pet!

The size and quietness is great but the fountain routinely stops working. I set it on sensor mode, make sure it’s full and plugged in and it randomly stops working. The blue light just blinks and the fountain doesn’t run despite being full, clean, and charged. Not good for a vacation waterer and barely useful for a day to day use waterer. It works fine for about 3 days then needs reset to run.
