As a product, it's exactly as described. Unfortunately I misread the description in my haste to order and thought it was much larger. For the size, you can get the same quality product for about 1/10th the price from other reputable suppliers. But, I misread and needed it ASAP for a quick turn-around project and it was both as described and worked great.So, I can't blame the seller for me not paying close enough attention to the dimensions - five stars. Attached is the project I needed it for and I've used the rest of it reliably for a myriad of other builds.

Dimensions are exact as well as thickness of material is exact to 0.006 through out the whole piece. Will likely buy more of this.
