I purchased this to hang a heavy bag to. It easy to assemble. I purchased this for the main reason to conveniently roll the heavy bag out to use and then easily roll out of the vent we of the basement when done working out. Great product!

Purchased and had to create a was to mount it to my Ibeam. Unfortunately my beam was 8 inches tall, then after reading carefully it goes up to 6 inches. This will simply not work on an 8 inch unless you create a way to attach it. I did and it works great.

look well built , hooked a 2200lb electric winch to them , although they wont see max weight , they will get a work out , and they slide smooth and stable
