This isn't like what they have at the jewelery store; theirs is much more expensive. If you want this to work at all, you need to use half hot water and half vinegar. At which point, just soaking whatever would work just as good. I got this for my wife for her teeth grinding mouth guard and it just won't work well for it. It cleans jewelry okay, I just wouldn't put too much stock into it.
