Easy to use exercise machine! This machine comes completely set up. You only need to plug it in (and put batteries in the remote if you choose to use it). Comes with 3 standard programs that vary difficulty levels and direction of pedaling, or you can use it on manual and create your own workout. I would recommend this for people not used to exercising, or people who moderately exercise. The movements are smooth and quiet. You will need to use the mat that's provided, so that it stays in place. The remote and foot straps are optional, and I haven't used.

This thing is just what I was looking for. Now I can work and work out at the same time. Especially nice to get some steps in during rainy days when you don't have space for a treadmill. I may get a second one for my father in law that both injured his knee and hip. I think it would be good therapy for him
