The second advantage of AIPOR Union Ball Valve
UPVC Full Flow Ball Valve : The 'U' means the PVC has been plasticized. UPVC is used more widely for water pipes than PVC. The extra materials give uPVC superior resistance to chemical erosion, and its smooth inner walls allow water to flow more smoothly with less turbulence. UPVC is also resistant to a wider range of temperatures than PVC.

Higher Pressure Rating 230 PSI : Sealed with higher quality ASTM EPDM O-Rings and engineering plastic powder. So our union ball valve can withstand a higher pressure(230 PSI) than general products(150-200 PSI).

I use these on a water manifold where I’m constantly turning the valves on and off. Regular ball valves last a couple years and then have to be cut out and replaced. These are so much easier to replace and install. They also work smoother

The design and construction is exactly what I needed. Double union design valve body can be replacedeasily without much issue. Valve action is smooth and easily turned on and off with ease.

I used 7 of these in constructing a multi-stage filtration system for a water well. By using these valves I can isolate and remove/replace any of the 4 filters in the system. Just what I was looking for.

I'm using this in my basement sump pump system. I have about an 8 foot rise and I needed to replace the pump recently and I installed this just above the pit so I could service the pump without taking a shower in the water left in the pipe. It is a large valve with full 1.5" pass through so it does not create a bottleneck and it opens/closes easily.Do make sure to plan your install carefully because with threads on the valve side and glue joints on the pipe side you have to think a few steps ahead.
