Works fine and is easy to install. My first one broke after 2 years, started leaking near the top of thehose where it connects to the shower head. It may have been caused by my habit of rinsing the shower with very hot water and/or letting the hose hang straight down after that rinse and causing wear onsome plastic hose lining inside. The price is not bad though and they are easy to replace and are MUCHbetter than the hose that came with the shower head originally.

I've had this in use for a week so far, and it has been great. The quality is way better than what came with the original shower. This hose is super flexible and the finish is a perfect match to the rest of the fixture.The package included a couple of extra washers and teflon tape. This was a nice touch and ensured an easy and leak-free installation.

This is a very tough hose. Our previous one sprang a leak and started squirting in unauthorized places. Turns out it was all cheap plastic. You could squeeze it together with your fingers. Ugh! THIS one, however, is metal! It's tough, doesn't leak and looks like it'll be good till the cows come home. Helpful hint #1: Each of the tightening nuts at each end of the hose is covered by a protective plastic shield. That's to keep YOU from scratching the finish when you tighten it. Using a pair of pliers, carefully tighten your new hose onto the shower diverter (up high) and onto the spray head itself. Then remove those protective shields by either tugging hard with your fingers or by pulling them off with the pliers. You will not need the shields again, but if you're a packrat, save them. OR, just use pliers that have soft, padded jaws so you won't scratch anything if you choose to unscrew the hose again. Helpful Hint #2: There are two ends to this hose, which should not be surprising. The tightening nuts at each end are different. The long, tapered one should be screwed onto the handheld spray head. You'll see why as you complete the project. Do not ignore this hint.

Everything should be this easy and I couldn't be more satisfied. The installation was a cinch and finished within three minutes. The seller also includes extra O-rings along with ample plumbers tape while the hose is extremely flexible as well as kink-free. This replacement hose rocks as its quality is head and shoulders above the original one that came with my hand held shower head unit. Aqua Elegante is the real deal!!!!!

I needed a replacement shower hose because the original one only lasted three (3) times, and this is with different showerheads provided by the same company! I got tired of calling the company that I purchased the showerhead(s) from and asking them to send a replacement because the hose was defective, so I searched for a gold-plated stainless steel universal shower hose and found this one.It took less than two minutes to uninstall the old hose and install the new one, and there are ZERO leaks, my shower pressure is back to excellent, and I have high hopes that this hose will last longer than the previous one(s).For anyone who is looking to purchase a handheld showerhead replacement, I can vouch for Sparkpod showerheads, however, I strongly suggest that you purchase a replacement hose like this one because in three to four months the hose that comes with the Sparkpod will start to leak.It has only been a matter of days that I have had the new hose, but if anything changes I will update my post. For now, I am very happy with the purchase and the results.

This is a well made shower hose. We purchased one about a year ago and are extremely satisfied. Good quality and good length.We have ordered two more for our other two showers. The shower heads we purchased came with plastic hoses. We prefer the metal ones. The oil rubbed bronze finish matches our shower heads. Definitely recommend this shower hose
