I could not be happier with this tool. I was able to remove balljoints with out violently hammering a fork. Works great.

I got this one in particular because it’s thinner and able to get in tight spots for a tie rod end of my Toyota Avalon. I rented a similar one from autozone but the fork was a lot thicker and couldn’t fit under the tie rod end or ball joint. I used this one yesterday at the salvage yard and it worked like a charm!

Worked well twice, on the third use it began to bend at the fork. Wasn't up to the task on a dodge charger ball joint unfortunately. I have one from another kit that not only didn't bend but got the joint separated. Unfortunately I'd pass on this one.

Used it a couple tomes to remove a steering ball joint and remove a stuck lower control arm bolt.

The material around the hinge pin is very thin and has been ground for looks and not function. The tool cracked and broke before the balljoint came out. Had to leave my truck on jackstands and run to Harborfreight to buy another one. Wouldn't recommed this tool at all.
