I bought this blade knowing I'd have to make some changes to the mounting holes. I had to open one hole about 1/16" and elongate another to allow a flush mount. I also knew by reading reviews, that the steel blade was heat-treated and quite hard, so making the changes required the proper drill and file. But, after a little work and some patience, it fit very nicely! I then tested the way the blade functioned. I cut through a variety of tree branches: Oak, Maple, Black Walnut, Locust & Shag-bark Hickory. A few of the branches were 4"-5" thick and 10 to 12 feet off the ground. The blade is thick enough to be stable and remain in the cut, once started. Overall I'm very pleased!

I have an antique high quality pole saw that needed a blade. This blade fits!

Very sharp blade but does not fit snugly on my saw handle. It is workable although I need to tighten the wing nut every so often. Not a biggie although it is a little annoying.
Perfect part, I just didn't need it

The blade needed a little bit of modification in order to fit on my old Eagle pole saw. I just used an old round file to make it fit. Blade seems to work well.

It did not fit on my Sears pole cutter despite being described as a "universal" blade. Amazon was very polite and allowing me to return it. Thank you

Good sharp blade. They cut well, but are a little flimsy. They bend easily and will only last 2-3 professional jobs.

No modifications necessary on the blade holes. Fits fine on this old polesaw, which is probably a Fiskars copy. An absolute upgrade, this SKorean made blade looks really similar to that nice red brand of pruning saws, which is also made in SKorea.
