What Is Macerator Toilet？
A macerating toilet helps you to solve the problem of transferring waste uphill to the sewer when you install a bathroom in a basement or at the bottom of a slope.
It macerates -- grinds -- waste and pumps it under positive pressure to the sewer.
Made of PP material and electric motor inside, the wastewater pump is a sturdy and long life.
It comes with a fully automatic flushing system with low noise, you don’t need to operate manually.
There is built-in non-clog stainless steel impeller blades to make short work and disposes of it easily. In addition, the reversal design can easily take away the rubbish if the blade can’t be work.

toilet was great quality we had a problem with the macerating unit but the seller was helpful and replaced it promptly so its been a great buy works good and would recommend if needing and plush toilet

This product was install well and working but started to have clogged and water with poop coming out of the shower drain, until finally stop working. Too much money for just 8 months of use.

We purchased the upflush macerating toilet as a recommendation by our contractor it was the perfect fit for our basement. The unit is sturdy and well constructed it is not a high used toilet and definitely serves the purpose. We are very happy with the item, however after only two short years the pump started to make a noise stopped working and overflowed all over. Although I do review the reviews before I purchase an item in this case because of our contractor's recommendation we moved forward with the item. I am happy to say that our experience was nothing like some others had experienced. I reached out to the manufacturer Hocanflo and within a couple days they responded to me. They confirmed our purchase and that we were utilizing the item as should and not flushing any harsh items or excessive tissue which we weren't. Our purchase was January 2022 installed in March 2022 and although the install was slightly after a two year period outside the manufacturers warranty they stepped up to the plate and initially offered a discount on a new unit. I was very concerned that if I purchased another pump that I would encounter the same issue down the line. I stressed my concerns and frustrations and they listened, they did not push me off, they valued me as a customer and wanted me to be sure that they stood behind their product. Today I received a brand new pump at no charge-talk about customer service. Kudos to Hocanflo for standing behind their product and making sure they have satisfied customers especially our family that will definitely recommend this product as well as others in the future. People It just takes a little conversation, honesty and a company that stands behind their products to be successful! My experience was nothing like you may have read prior by others, ours was a home run and we feel confident our issue was resolved-thank you again Hocanflo for going above and beyond !

Works great for basement toilet system. Customer service for hocanflo is also very quick in responding and handling any inquires. I had to use the manufactures year warranty because a wipe fell in the toilet. Be careful this is not designed to cut anything but toilet paper! They provided me a quick replacement haven’t had any issues with it since.

It was simple to install, it has been installed for 2 months in our basement and it works great! We were able to hook up the bathtub and the sink drains to it too to allow for draining from those to have a full bathroom in our basement now. I highly rec this product if you are looking to add a bathroom to your basement and do not want to renovate your basement to do so.

This is about the two year mark since buying this unit. It is has basically been trouble free since installation, outside of someone trying to flush a toothbrush for some reason jamming the blender. Initially it arrived with a broken tank, but the vendor quickly sent out a replacement.I have this set to lift about 10 feet, then a 45 foot horizontal, it really has been great. The price is competitive, great customer service and a nice product.

Worked well for 8 months than pump just stopped working. Also loud. Did not realize how loud until I bought a different brand to replace. Could not find warranty information, an email or even a phone number anywhere. Nothing on the owner/installation manual,Website

This was kinda a pain in the ass to install, but after getting it all done it works crazy good for a basement bathroom. A little loud at 3am but hey it’s better than walking up stairs. Definitely would recommend this to anyone. Plus you can hook up your sink and shower to this also.
