Got the Service Shifter light on my 2018 Cherokee. After researching what might cause that I ended up buying this before making an expensive dealer visit. I didn't replace the stock wiring cable even though this came with one. I just plugged in the mew bezel. A week later I havent had the light come back. Will keep the wire on hand just in case but maybe you can save yourself a step too.

This product saved me 800 dollars from a mechanic/dealership my jeep cherokee had the service shifter on and replaced it with this bezel and harness and now it's off! Really easy to replace took less than 10 mins just watch a couple of youtube videos and you can do it yourself

I took my truck to the shop and it was quoted $800 to change out my service shifter. After that, I ordered this part from Amazon and I was able to change it myself with no difficulty whatsoever. I am satisfied.
