I recently read you should use metal pans for baking, and I have always been using glass. I am so pleased I made the switch! Excellent baking vessel - my brownies have never been so good. The overall baking experience is elevated. This brand provides high quality especially with weight and durability. The bottom of the pan ensures consistent baking and easy clean ups. I highly recommend this brand for quality baking experiences.

I love USA pans. I have several and they have never let me down. For baking or roasting, the heat distribution has always been fantastic due to the heavyweight steel that they are made of. They are NOT dishwasher safe, but I wouldn't recommend washing any cookie sheet or pan like this in the dishwasher, anyway. I hand wash them (they clean up very easily) and then place them in a hot oven to evaporate any remaining moisture that may have gotten under the edge roll. Taking care of this way will allow them to last indefinitely! I have some that are several years old, and they still look and cook like they are brand new, and I cook A LOT!I would definitely recommend USA pans to anyone that was a good set of pans that will last a lifetime, with proper care. They may be a little more expensive that a cheap, aluminum pan, but the increase in cooking quality is well worth a few extra dollars.

I owned a restaurant and baked constantly, so I feel like I am a truly a tiny bit qualified to give a review here. I have always been a baker since I was a kid. I love it. I have also spent my share of the big bucks to buy myself a dreamy baking pan or so i thought at the time. I have never seen or used a pan like this! I had heard great things about USA Pans but i never believed they would be any better than other so called phenomenal pans I thought I had purchased. This time, I just really wanted something of high quality MADE in the good ol' USA!There is absolutely no way that you can beat having the baking (NONstick, I might add) pan of your DREAMS that is also made in the USA right in PA! LOVEITLOVEITLOVEIT! It releases like a dream and most of the time unless it is sometjhing really rich that would stick even if vaseline were applied, Lol-- I would not bother to spray it. You just do not need it. I think it even tells you that you need to spray it and maybe later on I will need to but right now I have made about 5 things in it and never sprayed once-including brownies! The 9x9 pan is NICELY HEAVY but not too heavy like Le Creuset or plain old cast iron! Every baker knows that good heft in the hand makes for delicate baked goods that are not burned when you want to leave them in another 5 min for extra browning. Oh my word, I am telling you- you just cannot go wrong buying this! Do it! You will not regret it and you will have something made well enough to hand down to your kids with proper care and hand washing and drying. I also do not suggest throwing it in your sink with the other dishes as that will scratch the BEAUTIFUL surface they put on it. This pan sure is heavy enough, with GORGEOUS rolled edges like the REAL Pros have. It does not get any better than THIS Folks! Go ahead and TREAT YOURSELF for all that baking you have coming up for the Holidays! You will get up in the morning with an "I CAN'T WAIT" attitude to your Thanksgiving and Christmas Baking because you have a truly GREAT pan that will not fail you! Yes Ma'am, eventually I plan on having EVERY SINGLE PIECE they make! ;) I already have the 9x13, the loaf pan (OH! Another dream!) and this 9x9. Told my kids who also love them that they were gonna have to wait a long time to own them! LOL

I have so many of these now, all sizes! I bought a few each paycheck to make it easier on the wallet. They are heavy duty, no stick and clean up is so easy. I have thrown out all my others. I will never waste another dollar on cheap made pans that bend and look dirty and burnt again. I would highly recommend any of these pans. The holiday Christmas tree was so cute and came out with ease to decorate.

I do love the USA Bakeware pans. I have two other sizes and got the 9 inch square size to replace a non-stick one of the same size, which became scratched and unusable. This USA pan, however, will probably last my lifetime, given my experience with the other USA pans I have used over time.
