This will not work on a 1990 F-Series with the 5.0L, even though the description says it will. It is 180 degrees off from the line up tab. I saw it immediately once I got it out of the box. I didn't install until a month after I ordered it. Once installed the fit is so tight you have to tap it down with a dead blow a bit. Firing order is not the same as OEM.
