I got these for a 3d printer project for a touchscreen USB-C monitor that has actual VESA mount holes. They fit perfectly and were long enough to go through the relatively thick 3d print. And, I have an extra in my screw box now just in case I somehow lose one!

These thumbscrews are the correct size and length as advertised. Turns out I needed M2 not M3 but I see no reason to return them as always have need for small screws.

They look nice but the threads might be a bit oversize or the plating makes the threads not right, but after installing once they loosen up and are easy to use to adjust the item being secured.

They are too short. Would have worked but The finger tightener is weird. It was below the hole so it was hard to reach. Can’t get a good grip on it to engage a thread. I kept them for future use on other projects. More expensive than the one I replaced it with and got more in quantity.
