Used to drill into gelcoat and hardened wood, struggled some. Would not buy this again.

This drill bit was of poor quality. The hole it drilled was way oversized and the bit appeared to have a lot of wobble to it. I would have sent it back but wasn't worth the shipping for what it cost. I've had good luck with this seller in the past but this was of poor quality.Upon further examination of the bit, I found what the problem was. the tip or point of the bit was not in the center which was probably causing some out of balance and wobble. I reground the tip on my bench grinder and was able to get it to drill a proper sized hole.
