Each one came with a red rubber washer. Not sure what it is supposed to be used for as it was too soft when the bolt was tighten and it just got squished. I wish there would have been a bolt for the nut mounted to the top. Luckily, I had a supply of various type of bolts. Product works great.

Nicely done: Clean, sturdy welds, clean sharp accurate threads. Sturdy but super heavy duty.
