It'll disconnect itself after a while.... Then you have to keep resetting your Wi-Fi so it'll connect with a better connection after so many times. The battery time is pretty decent as long as it's not in a hot place. The service bars never get past 2 from what I've seen so far.

Good device but missing power block. And literally nothing works like the original that I’ve bought. Everything just says it won’t charge efficiently. Otherwise the device is great.

This hotspot works well when the battery has a charge but the battery loses charge even when the hotspot is turned off.

Functionality of the Hotspot was great and amazing. I have a 5g LTE hotspot and this one actually kept up with similar speed rates. This would be a 5 star if not for the following concerns that I had with the refurbished model:1. Battery Issues - I didn't have an initial problem, charging was fine, a couple days out, this hotspot started to run super super hot. Almost to a point where I had it in my backpack and was able to feel heat eminanting from the pack. The battery started to look like it swelled a little bit which was a common problem that I saw after much research.2. Condition of the Unit - Not sure how the actual case is made or comprised of, but it came with a residue, stickyness to the outside of it. Was reminiscent of older vehicles with their dashboards having a residue left behind from a long forgotten GPS mount that needed removal.If it wasn't for the battery issues, i would've kept on using but the heat made it a problem to have in my back or hand.
